Who we are

Roofers of Jacksonville ("we", "us") is a referral service that helps people find a licensed local roofing company in Northeast Florida. Roofers of Jacksonville is a DBA of Marischal Holdings, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We are not a roofing contractor.

What we collect

When you fill out our questionnaire, we collect what you enter:

• Your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code
• Whether the property is a home or a business
• The kind of roofing help you need, the approximate size of the building, your current roof type and your timing
• Your consent to be contacted, with the time it was given

We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and how you arrived at the site (for example, an ad click ID or campaign tag).

How we use and share it

We use your information to understand your project and connect you with a licensed local roofing company. To do that, we share your contact details and project answers with the roofing company we match you with. That company may contact you by phone, text or email about your project, as you agreed when you submitted the form.

We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not send your request to a list of companies at once.

We may also use your information to follow up on your request, to improve this website, to measure our advertising, and to comply with the law.

Cookies and tracking

We set a first-party cookie named lead_attribution that remembers how you first found us (such as an ad click ID, campaign tags, the page you landed on and the referring site). It lasts 90 days and is sent with your request so we know which marketing works.

We may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, and we may use advertising tags from Google or Meta to measure ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Our form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google to check for automated abuse. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Text messages and calls

If you agree to be contacted, we or the roofing company we match you with may call or text you about your roofing request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us to stop contacting you.

How long we keep it

We keep lead information for as long as needed to handle your request and our business records, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can opt out of further contact at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws. Use the questionnaire page or reply to any message from us to make a request.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
