These terms govern your use of rooferofjacksonville.com, operated by Roofers of Jacksonville, a DBA of Marischal Holdings, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using the site you agree to them.

We are a connection service

Roofers of Jacksonville is a connection service, not a roofing contractor. We do not perform, supervise, inspect or guarantee roofing work. When you submit a request, we connect you with an independent roofing company that holds an active Florida roofing contractor license.

Any estimate, contract, price, schedule, warranty or work is strictly between you and the roofing company you choose. You are free to decline any proposal, and the choice of whether and whom to hire is yours alone.

Disputes with a roofer

We do not handle, mediate or resolve disputes, complaints, claims or other issues between you and any roofing company. This applies to every roofing company you choose to work with, whether or not we connected you with it. Any such matter must be taken up directly with that roofing company, its insurer or the appropriate licensing authority.

Our service is free for you

There is no charge to homeowners or businesses for using our service, nothing to purchase, and no obligation to hire.

How we check licenses

Before we connect you, we look up the roofing company's license on the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) website and confirm it is active. A license check is not an endorsement of any particular job. We encourage you to check the license yourself, ask for proof of insurance, and get the terms of any job in writing.

Your information

You agree to give accurate information. How we collect, use and share it is described in our Privacy Policy.
